I highly recommend this place. I lived in this apartment for 4 months as I came to Vancouver to teach at UBC for a few months. The apartment was perfect for me: Near many grocery stores, Davie street, the YMCA, cinemas; everything was very accessible. The building itself is very practical with the washer & dryer on the main floor operating via a prepaid card system. The few times I had to contact Wendy, she responded right away and was always extremely accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again if I need a temporary place in Vancouver again. - Antoine April, 2020

We were living in this cozy apartment for 8 months and it was wonderful! Wendy and Richard have been very nice to us. The apartment is really good located, it’s close to many diverse shops, the aquatic center, sunset beach, Yaletown, Grandville island and just so many places that made this apartment so valuable. The furniture is in good state and the kitchen is just fully equipped that we didn’t have to buy a thing. The roof terraces and it’s views gave also a richer experience to downtown; plus we got to have many casual picnics everyday during the summer with spectacular sunsets. It was just a perfect stay for us. Neighbors from the building were also very friendly. We are very grateful and glad with this stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The suite was super cute and comfortable for our family. There were a few things that needed an extra clean upon check-in and when I voiced my concerns to Wendy the owner, she immediately responded and we were able to problem solve together. She was more than accommodating and always did her best to accommodate us. I was impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. The owners were lovely and you could tell they cared. Thanks for a great stay!
