We are international UBC students who stayed at the suite for 4 months from February to June 2022 and we could not recommend it more ! It is located in a calm neighborhood near a supermarket and close to bus stops bringing you in about 15 min to the campus or in 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver. The Pacific Spirit Park is at a walking distance, so convenient to enjoy a nice walk in nature. The suite is also well furnished and very comfortable. All kitchen gadgets you might need for cooking are available, as well as bed sheets, bath towels, etc. In brief, you only have to bring some clothes and you are good to go :D ! The other great asset is that you can enjoy the garden (which is absolutely wonderful) at anytime to admire hummingbirds, which are common visitors. The landlords, Ron and Shirley, are amazing people. We organized a barbecue all together and we had a great time. They are also very thoughtful. For example, they gave us chocolate-coated strawberries for our Valentine's day. Finally, Nora, the housekeeper is really nice and does a great job tidying and cleaning the suite. We are going to miss this place a lot! I hope you will not miss this opportunity.

We stayed in this amazing suite from September 2019 to September 2020 and it was, hands down, the best suite we've ever lived in. The suite is well-furnished, well-maintained, and wonderfully clean. It’s is perfect for getting around the city, with quick access to the 7 and 25 buses. Also, not having to worry about supplying our own things like TV, wifi, appliances and other furnishings was a welcome relief. On top of all this, Ron and Shirl are delightful hosts. It wasn’t uncommon in our year-long stay to find a plate of cookies or homemade chocolates waiting for us in front of our door. They both really strived to ensure that we felt at home in the suite, and were incredibly successful in doing so! Not to mention how great of a job Nora, the cleaner, would do every few weeks. After our stay, we can not recommend this suite enough. Whether you’re staying for 4 months or a full year like we did, this suite is an incredible place to call home.

The previous tenants have said it all really! I spent a most enjoyable 4 months here and would highly recommend the suite to any visitor to Vancouver.

The suite was absolutely perfect for our 3 month stay. It is an easy walking distance from shops, buses and the Pacific Spirit park - which we really enjoyed. The suite is really equipped with everything that you could need. The owners were so kind and really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and had everything we might need/want. The kitchen in particular was impressive. It is compact, but is the most well equipped we have had in a self-catering unit, we weren't limited at all which is nice when staying somewhere for a little while. We would highly recommend staying here. The owners asked when we left if there was anything that we would suggest to improve our stay and we really couldn't think of anything!

Awesome! This suite is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. Fully equipped with everything you could need. It is located in a lovely area, short walk to grocery/drugstore and shops. The owners are thoughtful, and so kind. They made my stay so comfortable. I hope to return in the future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This suite offers the personal touch! It is not only stocked with all the essentials, but the little extras (fruit, flowers, wine) to make your stay exceptional. I can't wait to return.

This suite has everything you could need and more! It is very close to transit and grocery shopping. The owners are so kind and thoughtful and it was truly a pleasure to stay here! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been so happy in this place. It is clean, quiet, well maintained, and located in a convenient and lovely area. I couldn't have been happier in this suite. The landlords went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone!

It was such a joy to stay in the Dunbar suite. The owner has presented a suite where one could ask for nothing more, so well stocked with thought given to everything a guest may want. It was lovely to find fresh fruit, flowers and even a bottle of wine waiting when I arrived. I hope to have the chance to stay again one day. What a delight to find such a well presented comfortable home away from home. A traveler could ask for nothing more. Lots of soft fluffy towels in the bathroom and a comfortable cozy bed make this suite feel like home. Enjoy morning coffee in the beautiful garden and take a short walk to shops or transport. Centrally located, close to UBC, beach, parklands or city this suite is in a safe, tree lined area surrounded by lovely homes. I can't wait to return.

Amazing fully equipped suite in quiet residential area overlooking lovely garden. Owners have thought of everything and then some! Property is well maintained. Exceptionally clean, quiet and restful. Great water pressure and strong secure internet signal. Close proximity to transit connections, grocery/drugstore shopping. My only complaint was that my stay was too short!! I hope to have the opportunity to return.
