We stayed at the yellow house in Kits spring and summer of 2018. The landladies, Claire and Wendy, were welcoming, kind and helpful. The apt had everything we needed and a king size bed in the bedroom. The location could not be beaten as it was a block up to great restaurants and grocery and boutique shops as well as 5 minutes to downtown Vancouver or Granville Island. We would highly recommend the yellow house to anyone looking for the best of Vancouver.

I spent February to April here and it was perfect! Good sized apartment, well equipped for all your needs; best location if you enjoy walking everywhere (downtown, seawall, beach, shopping); beautiful displays of tropical gardens throughout the neighbourhood (and blooming cherry blossoms). Hosts are welcoming, accommodating and very helpful. Your comfort and enjoyment during your stay is clearly a priority..and they're dogs are cute too :) I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I went to Vancouver on the first week of September. This place and the hostess are remarkable. Best location ever. Near the beach. Lots of shop restaurant, transport is very easy and the apartment is very clean and you will find everything you need. I surely recommend this place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Yellow House. The location was great, the property was in super condition and Wendy supplied just about everything you can imagine in the kitchen and bathroom. She is a lovely landlady; very accommodating and thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

I could not have been more pleased with this vacation "Home away from home". What a great location! After a long day exploring Vancouver, it was a cozy place to spend the evening, or, we could just stroll down to the beach or walk one minute up to Fourth Ave for supper or to explore the many interesting shops. Wendy was so warm and welcoming, cheerfully helping us with any questions we had. The suite had everything we could ever need and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Highly recommend this place! (I didn't want to give it a good review because I always want it it be available for me! However, honesty prevails...) This place is great. The suite has everything. We like to cook and the kitchen is very well equipped. The king sized bed is comfortable, closet is big, there is a PVR for easy television viewing, and the bathroom is sleek. The hosts are prompt and attentive. And of course, I love the fact that they are one of the few places that allow pets. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Yellow House on the Corner in Kitsilano in May of this year.Beautiful apartment, lovely landlady made us so welcome and at home. Wonderful lady, never intruded while we were there and yet we knew if we needed anything we only had to ask. Highly recommend this lovely house.
