This is a nice unit for the price. The owner is very nice and responsive to any issues. First time I stayed outside of downtown area without a car, and getting around by bus and sky train was easier than I thought. The shopping mall nearby was very convenient. Would consider renting again in future.
- Charles Aug 20, 2015Colin with his great personality made me feel as if I was staying at a friends place. The place has to be the best basement apartment in this part of Vancouver. Being close to QE gardens and Van Duesen Gardens there was always opportunity to walk amongst horticultural delights. Walking around the area amongst the upscale landscaped properties was like attending a designed park setting. One could easily get to downtown Van, Chinatown and Granville island either by foot or public transport. The backyard was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine, an easy walk to groceries, and other required amenities. Highly recommended. Ken
