I loved staying in Elna's condo. She was very sweet and always answered promptly. The condo is tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful bathroom! It felt very secure to be on the 9th floor, and I often kept the blinds open so that I could look out over the city. I really felt at home during my stay. The location of the condo is great! It's close to so many amenities that I didn't feel the need to use my car during my 6 month stay. I loved being so close to Yaletown shops and the Downtown core. A bus stopped right outside the building!

What an enjoyable stay! I stayed here early in 2016 for two months while doing a short term work commitment in Vancouver. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything. The apartment was set up with everything I needed, it was modern, spacious, and bright. I was delighted that it was exactly as advertised. This was the perfect place to come home to at the end of the day, relax and enjoy the city view in a new, secure building. I have already recommended it to friends and would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed here for Oct&Nov 2015, while visiting research groups at the UBC and SFU, and enjoyed the apartment very much. The condo is very clean, quiet and comfortable, with a great kitchen sporting high quality cooking appliances. The bathroom is luxurious with its separate bathtub and shower. We also highly appreciated the reliable high-speed internet and free local telephone calls. The location of the apartment couldn't be better since there are great restaurants on Robson just around the corner, False Creek is just a few blocks away, the Hamilton/Mainland blocks with restaurants and bars are also just a short walking distance away. There's a bust stop right in front of the building, where you can take a bus southward to Broadway and change to the 99 express for a quick commute to UBC. Lots of other buses go from Granville St, which is just 5 minutes from the apartment, and the Chinatown and Yaletown Skytrain stations are both very close by. All in all, the apartment had everything you could hope for a longer stay in Vancouver and with all that's included (internet, phone, washer and dryer, full-scale kitchen, cable, superb location, etc.) the price is very reasonable! All communication with the owner and the agency was extremely easy and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and can highly and without any reservations recommend it to others!
