Charming one-bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor of this well maintained building in popular Raven Woods. This condo has a peaceful, serene feel to it. It is spacious with warm neutral colors and lots of natural light from an oversized window in the living room which overlooks beautiful mature landscaping.
The kitchen has lovely dark cabinets and a tile backsplash. It comes fully equipped with everything you could need, including a large size fridge with bottom freezer, microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience there is a pass through from the kitchen to the dining room.
The dining room seats four. Also located in the dining area is a built in desk, cupboards and chair, perfect for a laptop. The living room has a comfortable couch and chairs that surround the gas fireplace. The condo feels fresh and clean. It has laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom with tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed and lots of closet space. Through the bedroom's sliding glass doors is a wonderful balcony with chairs and seating for two, also accessible from the living room. A really nice place to relax with a drink or read a book. The condo's bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination and lots of cabinet space.
Building amenities include an exercise room, lounge and kitchen. The condo is close to Cates Park, walking trails, golf, kayaking, Deep Cove, Mt. Seymour and is a biker's paradise. Close to Dollarton Mall which has a grocery store, restaurants, shops and a Starbucks. Walking distance to nearby bus stop which can get you downtown in 30 minutes.

Beautiful green and quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Lovely caring landlady doing her best for us to feel at home. Clean comfortable suite with almost everything that you require. Highly recommended.

I found the accommodations even better than advertised. The condo is completely equipped for any length stay. The location is great; I was never more than 25 minutes' drive from anyplace I needed to be in Vancouver. If you are taking public transit there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill, less than a 10-minute walk, and will have you downtown in under 40 minutes. Shopping is close by and Deep Cove is a wonderful little community only a 10-minute drive away. The hosts were great, fixing the only item that wasn't working immediately. I hope that the unit is available when I am next coming back to Vancouver as it is my first choice to stay.
