Cute studio condo located in a prime location on Beach Avenue in Vancouver's vibrant West End. This corner unit on the 5th floor, is bright, cozy, comfortably furnished and has everything you will need in a home away from home.

The open concept makes the suite feel spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday use and has a dishwasher, microwave, and two stools at the kitchen peninsula for your convenience. The sitting area has floor to ceiling windows and a comfortable futon sofa. The TV can be viewed from the sofa or rotated so you can snuggle under the covers and watch TV in the queen size bed.

The condo also has a solarium that offers an additional sunny spot with a table for two. A great place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine enjoying the fantastic views and watching the boats go by! There is in suite laundry and a storage room which is a great place to store suitcases. The bathroom is nicely finished and offers a bathtub shower combination and nice large vanity mirror.

A great location. Next to trendy Yaletown with is restaurants, grocery shops, cafes and plenty of places to explore. Close to Sunset Beach, BC Place Stadium, Canada Place, downtown, public transportation, Skytrain and Canada Line. Just steps to the seawall where you can walk around False Creek or west towards English Bay and Stanley Park or hop on the Aquabus a block away which will take you to the popular Granville Island Public Market. The building is equipped with a small gym.

I cannot say enough good things about renting from Sue and Kim! Sue and Kim were accommodating when I needed to come a day earlier for my schooling, and even offered groceries so I was all set up when I arrived. Throughout my stay they checked in to make sure everything was good and was quick to answer any questions I had. They are personable and could tell they care about making the place comfortable for you. The place is perfect for a single or couple looking to explore downtown Vancouver. It is small but has all the amenities (Wifi, TV, washer, dryer, kitchen with stocked utensils, etc). Not being from Vancouver I found the location great, you can walk by the water, a bus ride away from stanley park, minutes away from cool downtown restaurants, and you can see granville island from the window! I was surprised how quiet the building is considering the location, but it was perfect for studying and relaxing too. I really enjoyed the place itself, and Sue and Kim were wonderful to rent from, would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at the lovely condo from January to May (2022). We had a very nice and comfortable time, and the light and well-equipped condo fulfilled all our everyday needs perfectly! Great location with easy and walkable access to shops, the beautiful Seawall, Granville Island and bus connections to Greater Vancouver. Sue and Kim have been very friendly and helpful landlords, who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful stay. Our best recommendations!

We (my wife and myself) stayed for eight and half months from Dec. 2019 to mid August 2020 at the cozy studio at 910 Beach Ave. Fortunately our whole stay was a wonderful experience despite the outbreak of the pandemic and sudden changes in the life style from Feb. 2020. In fact everything was up or above our expectations per description of the unit provided by the owner or giving through the reviews of previous tenants. The owners Sue and Kim are indeed wonderful landlady and landlord, responsive, helpful and kind and so trustworthy. They were so nice and went extra to get some necessary stuff for us due to pandemic lock down. The Studio is cozy, convenient and comfortable by all means, it’s well furnished and well equipped and it’s space is smart and functional. There is plenty of daylight and sunshine thanks to floor large to ceiling windows, and has the fantastic southern view of both iconic Granville and Burrard bridges , Granville Island and the False Creek. The meridian building is a well managed and organized at one of the best locations of downtown Vancouver and west end and has a very convenient access to most interesting destinations of the city as well as necessities for living.

Location is great, 100 meters from the water, aqua bus, Granville island etc...Sue & Kim met me upon arrival & explained everything. The condo is a bit small, is great for short term stay (we stayed a month) and has everything u need. We enjoyed it

I stayed in this condo the last three months of 2018. I had a great time. The location of this condo is excellent. Close to the beach, downtown, and steps away from bus that can take you to UBC. Sue is a lovely landlord, and very responsive and helpful. The building staff are all professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this condo for a month and it was ideal! The location is superb, it is in a quiet and safe area, with everything you need close by. It's just steps away from the seawall and beaches and very close to downtown. We loved the apartment, it was cozy and very comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were quick to respond and very accommodating. This made our stay easy and thoroughly enjoyable!

I rented this condo for 3 months in early 2017 and it was perfect for what I needed: comfortable, small and easy to maintain, with all amenities. The location is great with both a bus stop and the Granville Island ferry dock just outside the front door, the Olympic sized swimming pool of the Vancouver Aquatic Center less than a block away and plenty of eat-in or take-out restaurants close by for when you don't have time to cook. Despite its central location, it is remarkably quiet in the condo and the view and light through the large windows are great. I didn't encounter any problems during my stay, but the few times I had to get in touch with the hosts, communication was quick and genial. This place is the first on my list next time I come back to Vancouver!

We stayed at this condo for 2 months and will really miss it! The communication with the host was great and quick. Location is amazing - small shops, bars and bus stops are right around the corner. few blocks walk to Nester's - great market, museums and galleries. Very safe neighborhood and located right on the water with very long water walk, beach and running path. Condo is not big but is filled with everything you need, plus it's the corner unit - we had so much light every day and sunsets in the evening. There is sort of an extra small room - like a sun room i guess with sliding door and great views - we used it as an office. Washer and drier was a huge plus too. Place is very cozy and hosts are very friendly - will miss that place!

I was in town for work and it was a perfect home away from home. It was downtown, yet far enough away from everything that you feel like you have some space. It's right on the seawall and it's one quick ferry bus away from Granville Island. The place had all amenities, furnishings are great, good internet and the bed is incredibly comfortable! I highly recommend this place.
