An intimate little property with all necessary amenities in an unbeatable location

Sep 06, 2016This apartment is what it means to be central; a mere few minutes walk and you have the acclaimed Stanley park, English Bay, Denman St. which is full of restaurants, cafes, markets , fitness centers and all the conveniences one could imagine and also close proximity to downtown. A traveler dream, a foodie dream, an artist dream or anyone’s dream..unique and special, the combination of the internal and external space is unbeatable in Vancouver for the price. The apartment itself is in an excellent position, on one of the top floors of a quite building. With mountain views on one side and water views on the other, I have enjoyed many a golden sunsets and all the moods of Vancouver from heavy rain to abundant sunshine to engulfing fog. Even though Vancouver has more than its fair share of rain, the apartments’ bursts of colors, decoration and various plants provide a soothing environment perfect for relaxing and forgetting any gloomy days. The owner is a very nice and accommodating person and I thank him for sharing his beautiful and creative space.
